Terms & ConditionsClinico understand the difficulty in ordering a product based on a picture and description. These terms will not affect your statutory rights. Shipping Information We will require a full delivery address when your order is placed. It is our policy that all products sold on our site are priced INCLUSIVE of V.A.T. and with FREE POSTAGE AND PACKING to anywhere in the EU - with no hidden extras. All orders are normally dispatched the same day and we operate seven days per week. If you are shopping from a country outside the EU you will be charged shipping based on the entire weight of your order. This is calculated using Royal Mail's current price. Shipping charges will automatically added to your order before dispatch. Should there be a delay in delivery then we will notify you within 24 hrs, you will be advised of the expected delivery date or if the product is no longer available, and given the chance to cancel your order or accept an alternative product. All goods are dispatched in plain unmarked packaging. Returns and Cancellation Policy Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If the goods are damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a returns authorisation number. All claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of your order and there are no returns after thirty days. Please ensure you clearly state the reason you would like a return or a replacement. You will receive a full refund within 30 days of cancellation. Shipping/Delivery charges will not be refunded unless they are faulty or there has been an error on our part. Due to the nature of the products we sell, returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund; all original packaging must be intact and unopened. Before a product is returned you must get email confirmation first. If you do not get email confirmation about returning a product your order will be returned to you with no refund issued. For all products, we are unable to refund any postage or shipping charges unless the return is a result of an error on our part or for faulty goods. Returns are accepted for new, unopened merchandise only and within thirty days of purchase. Please note that any orders cancelled after being processed will be subject to a 2.5% surcharge. Any promotional items such as free pregnancy tests must be returned with you order, or the value of the said items will be deducted at the time of crediting. Return shipping/delivery costs and any applicable insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will only be issued once we have the goods back in our possession. Your Privacy We have created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with Data Protection Act 1998). The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this website. We only collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second to provide you with the best possible service. As a customer your privacy is very important to us and we will NOT pass your details on to anyone else. As a customer we may e-mail you from time to time to give you details of new products or to warn you the home health test you purchased from us is close to its expiry date. If you do not wish to receive any more e-mails from us, please send us an e-mail to info@clinico.co.uk and you will be immediately removed from our mailing list. The type of information we collect about you includes: We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us at info@clinico.co.uk . If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct them promptly.
