How to shop with Clinico

We have tried to make our web site easy to buy from by explaining what each of our products does in plain English.

How to Buy?

To find a product follow the categorised links using our menus on the left and right of our catalogue pages.
When you find a product you want click the 'Add to Basket' button and choose how many you want. You can add as many products as you like to your basket.
Once you have finished shopping simply click the 'Go to Checkout & Pay' button on the basket page. You will be asked for your name, contact and delivery details before being asked for your credit or debit card details.
After completing the checkout process you will be shown a page and sent an email to confirm we have received your order.

Security

We use industry standard Secure Socket Layers (SSL) and digital certificates to encrypt your details and keep them safe at all times.

Postage and Packing

A standard charge of £5 is applied to all orders of whatever size (where specified) to cover postage, packing, and insurance.

Delivery

• It is our aim to despatch all orders within two working days of receipt.
• We post first class in plain unmarked packaging.
• Please allow up to 10 days for delivery.
• Please retain your order number.

Tax

All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%
